You may remember our earlier post about the late illustrator Charley Harper. A selection of over 100 of his prints are available from Gallery One. The illustration above, titled Unzipped, is a 9″ x 13″ serigraph. It was produced in an edition of 25 and was signed and numbered. It is available for $175.

The second illustration, titled Condominimum (Purple Martins) is a 9.25″ x 9.25″ open edition lithograph. It sells for $50.

Charley Harper is the subect of a new book edited by Todd Oldham. The book chronicles his playfully modern work from 1950-1975. The book is a hefty 17.3 x 12.2 inches and 420 pages. Sadly, Charley died last month at the age of 84. For those in Los Angeles, a book signing will take place tonight with Todd Oldham at Hennessey and Ingalls from 7-9 PM.

for $200. Versions of the book with a signed silkscreen (four different designs) are available for $400.
