There must be something in the water, because Brazil seems to be a undergoing a cultural revolution. Innovations in music and top level designers, have emerged from this tropical paradise in recent years. One of the most dominant designers in this group is Eduardo Recife (a.k.a Misprinted Type). His blend of hand sketched and collage style illustration is a unique take on conventional imagery. Recife draws on historic American images and ads custom typefaces to drive his concepts home.
