Julien de Smedt applied his background in architecture and computer modeling to a much smaller scale. The result are two very well done sculptural bowls. The bowls come in two sizes. The small one measures 6.5″ dia x 5.5″ h and the large bowl measures 11.5″ dia x 6.3″ h. Made of porcelain, the outside remains unglazed for a matte finish while the inside has been glazed. You can buy it here. The small bowl sells for $75 and the large bowl goes for $170.
