Varying shades of cobalt and royal have been parading down runways all over Bryant Park in New York this week. The cerulean at DKNY, Catherine Holstein and Karen Walker reminded me of Miranda Priestly’s acerbic admonishment in The Devil Wears Prada. But moreover, the soulful punch of color calls to mind Yves Klein’s gallery refreshments and another admonishment: Don’t drink the punch.
