These are definately curators catering to a dieing breed. Many men today will forgo even owning a suit, let alone sitting for a tailored fitting. Freemans Sporting Club now aims to change all that. Not only are they producing classic cuts, the textiles used to make each piece were constructed in the 1950’s and 60’s. The use of horse/camel hair canvas as a base for each suit allows the garment to conform over time to the shape of the individual wearing it. This is a great departure from mass manufactured suits which are rarely constructed using hand basting and often lined using glue. Needless to say an F.S.C. suit or coat is a staple to any contemporary mens wardrobe.
