If population growth continues its pace we’re gonna have to get creative with housing. On that note, the Single Hauz by Front Architects breaks convention. Using a single pillar for support, it can be put virtually anywhere.

Cute concept, but that pillar is going to need one massive footing, I love how they show it sitting quietly in nature, but in reality, you’d have to get a lot of heavy machinery out there and tear up the land.

Here’s an idea. Maybe we can slowly replace billboards with moden housing. Even if zoning won’t allow for it we can dream right?
