Demelza Hill, a student from the Universities School of Architecture and Design has won the British Councils National Design Award for 2007 by creating a “Snap And Dine” plastic place setting prototype. This decorative set explores culinary etiquette by encouraging people to take the time out to enjoy eating their portable meal, and is an interesting comment on dining in a hectic society.
