The 505 by Collaborative Designworks (2005)

Houston based Collaborative Designworks designed this four unit property which was built on West Alabama Street. The project was intended to be cost effective, sustainable, and well designed. While the property allowed for five units, four were built to allow for more windows and natural light. Another aspect of the design was the creation of spaces with multiple uses. This multi-use strategy allows for larger, more open spaces.

Hey I just discovered neublack ( it’s green right?
and like it a lot. looks like a lot of us are on the same mind track. Four months ago someone challenged me to create an innovative gadget e-zine so at midnight that eve, I launched GearNinja.com . I wear all the hats- Brand ID, layout, photo, writing and product sourcing. I sure could use an assistant…or some one to buy me out ! LOL
