In these videos Japanese artist/programmer Daito Manabe experiments with sound triggered electric stimulus. While we’re not sure how safe this is, it’s awesome to watch. Maybe there’s hope for the most uncoordinated of us to finally pop lock. Sign us up.
Some amazing work from Colombian photographer Basilio Silva. He is currently based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he has created ESTUDIOMOD, together with the Fashion Stylist and Producer Josefina Pérez Larsen and Art Director Gaston Cardozo.
Silva began his career as a documentary photographer and later entered the world of fashion photography and advertising. We’d say he made the right call. More beautiful images after the jump.

The DVD compilation features nearly three hours of videos and behind-the-scenes content and videos from artists like Paul McCartney, Beck, The White Stripes, Radiohead, Bjork and many more! Due to time constraints, signing is limited to only the new DVD title.
Best known for it’s burgeoning indie and metal scenes, “the OC” has quickly taken a turn for better days, as folk rockers Moostache emerge the unsuspecting local. Los Angeles based Taalman Koch Architecture recently brought their signature prefab system to the world of pop-up stores. This month a 240sf Pop-Up store was set up for the Palm Pre phone. The small glass building appeared at the Americana in Glendale and was later disassembled, moved to the Grove in Hollywood, and reassembled a single 24 hour period. The entire project was designed, fabricated, and erected in less than 5 weeks. The structure will be on display at the Grove through the end of the month.
Taalman Koch is perhaps most famous for their itHouse. You may have also seen their work at Space 1520, home of the Hennessey + Ingalls design bookstore in Hollywood.
Stunning animation for the new “Louis Vuitton : Art. Fashion and Architecture” book. We’re sure the book, which features 400 pages of Louis Vuitton’s evolution as a fashion icon is just as graceful.
